Stuart, principal, a graduate of McGill University and a CPA, licensed in the state of New York has more than 20 years of public accounting experience, the last 15 years with Mordfin LLP. Stuart has extensive experience in accounting and taxation of individuals and businesses. He works with businesses on tax saving strategies as well as wealth transfer issues. He heads the firm's Comprehensive Financial Planning practice and has worked with many business owners and high net worth individuals on achieving their short and long term financial goals. In 2002 Stuart received his NYS Life insurance License so that he can better help his clients to understand how insurance works as part of their whole financial plan.

Michael, principal, a New York State licensed CPA, began his private practice just 5 years after earning a Masters in Accounting from SUNY-Binghamton. Michael heads our Income Tax practice as well as our Internal Quality Control.
Michael brings you 20+ years of experience in guiding and advising both established and newly formed business enterprises. Specializing in small to medium sized family businesses; he is very cognitive of the unique situations and sensitive family politics which they often entail. Michael believes all his clients should get personal attention and that the relationships should be long lasting. He takes pride in the fact that many clients have been with him since he began in practice; they are successful businesses, going onto their second generation.
